How would I know when my order has been shipped?
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facilities.
Does the wigs arrive styled like the model pictured ?
Wigs do not come styled as modeled in the pictures (pictures are for illustration purposes only) . Wigs will need to be washed and conditioned before wearing. Wigs will be beautiful after doing so.
Are the knots bleached and hairline plucked?
All wigs hairline are preplucked, however the client would need to have it plucked to their individual specifications. The knots are lightly bleached but you will see some dark knots however you will to bleach it for a more natural look.
Does wigs include elastic band ?
Yes. All wigs arrive with our adjustable removable elastic band.

Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, no. All items are shipped and are shipped according to our shipping policy.
