How would I know when my order has been shipped?
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facilities.
Does the wigs arrive styled like the model pictured ?
Pictures are for illustration purposes.
Closure Wigs and Frontal Wigs you will have to select “customization + styling” option. Otherwise, wig will arrive uncustomized.
Does wigs include elastic band ?
Yes. All wigs arrive with our adjustable removable elastic band.
