Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations

Our shipping policy are as follows:

1. UNITED PARCEL SERVICE( UPS) SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE OR WITHOUT CONFIRMATION

2. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facility .

3. Please note that once packages are received by UPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United  Parcel Service ( https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-support-center.page? )

4. Our standard shipping time goes as follows:

Ready to Ship Wigs ships in 48 hours hours ( Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm )

Lace wigs: 12  business days processing time (Monday to Friday , 10am to 6pm) . Ships in 2 business days after processing time.

Extensions:  9- 12  business days processing time (Monday to Friday , 10am to 6pm) . Ships in 2 business days after processing time.

Also note that shipping times are  subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.  All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.

5. We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping & billing addresses. It is the responsibility of the client to provide correct and complete billing and shipping information.

6. NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOX ADDRESSES. Orders with P.O Box addresses will be delayed until an alternative address is provided.

7. GENERALLY NO EXPEDITED SHIPPING. However, from time to time management may accept expedited shipping request subject to its sole discretion and the payment of a $100 nonrefundable rush fee.

Return /Exchange Policy

1. Flawless Wigs by Mocha has a strict NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY. This is due to COVID-19 and  the unsanitary, health and safety concerns arising from such situations. Please ensure you're ordering the correct item and review the description of the item before checking out. If you are unsure or would like to have more information, please contact our customer service department at FLAWLESSWIGSBYMOCHA@GMAIL.COM

2. If there is a mistake or a manufacturers’ defect, we will take steps to have the issue rectified or to replace  the item after you notify us immediately after receiving the item within 24 hours via email at FLAWLESSWIGSBYMOCHA@GMAIL.COM

3. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of management if there is no mistake on the part of the company or as a result of a manufacturers' defect. If a refund is granted in this case, the cost of the item will be refunded excluding taxes and shipping and a 30% restocking fee would be applied.

 Return shipping fees are subject to the sender.

Cancellation policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been placed there will be no cancellation of that order.
